La ginnastica acrobatica prevede l’utilizzo degli attrezzi facilitanti quali il tumbling e il trampolino.

PERCHE’ GINNASTICA ACROBATICA

La ginnastica acrobatica si basa principalmente sugli attrezzi facilitanti, mentre la ginnastica artistica prevede l’utilizzo di tutti gli attrezzi, 4 per le femmine e 6 per i maschi. Per questo la nostra società promuove questo tipo di attività, in quanto l’esecuzione di meno attrezzi è più facile e lo spettacolo e il divertimento sono assicurati.

A CHI E’ RIVOLTO

I corso di ginnastica acrobatica è rivolto a tutti i ragazzi (dai 16 anni in su) ed adulti, in particolare a gli ex ginnasti e ginnaste e per atleti che si vogliono affacciare a questa disciplina per la prima volta. Il corso prevede mezz’ora di riscaldamento, potenziamento e scioltezza ed un’ora di allenamento specifico agli attrezzi (tumbling e trampolino elastico).

GIORNI E ORARI

I corsi di ginnastica acrobatica si svolgono il martedì e giovedì dalle 18:00 alle 20:00.
